Client references are important to me as they allow potential clients to form an idea as to the quality and success of my previous projects.
Once every project has been completed I ask the client for a reference and a summary of the project from their perspective. This allows me to evaluate the project, extracting the strengths for future projects, whilst addressing any problem areas.
